The Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST) has commenced digitalization of its operations in a bid to improve customer service.
To facilitate this laudable move, NIPOST has signed an agreement with Access Solutions Ltd and two other companies.
This agreement will see Access Solutions Ltd providing unique VOXE Electronic Self-Service Kiosks for NIPOST.
The VOXE Electronic Self-Service Kiosk allows customers to serve themselves, removing bottlenecks that affect service delivery.
It has a user-friendly interface and is powered by solar energy.
Customers can carry out services such as Jamb registration, shipments, tracking, pay stamp duty, and e-government payments, using the VOXE Electronic Self-Service Kiosk.
Other value-added services such as funds transfer, cable TV subscription, airtime and data purchase, flight booking, etc., are also available.
We congratulate the NIPOST and the Nigerian government as this effort will boost the country's digital economic drive.
